While traveling in Mexico and throughout Latin America, our founders were surprised they couldn’t find delicious, expertly made coffee in many of the establishments they patronized, despite the fact that some of the best coffee in the world is grown in Latin and South America.

This is largely because

most of the best, delicious coffee is exported to America, Japan and Australia. Also, the popular places our founders frequented all had the big coffee chains and none of the local flavor. The thought was, if we have access to the best imported coffee here in the USA, why not make the delicious drinks originating in these Latin American countries and offer them to not only the large Hispanic population in Colorado but also anyone in search of a unique, yet authentic way to experience a cup of coffee.
